§ 12.28.040. Agnes Kastner Head Community Center—Rules, regulations and fees generally.

All regulations regarding the use and policies of Agnes Kastner Head Community Center shall be established by the parks and recreation division, with advisement of the Park Board, and are subject to the approval of the City Manager. The establishment or revision of appropriate fees for Agnes Kastner Head Community Center must receive approval of the City Commission by resolution as developed by City staff with advisement of the Park Board.
