§ 2.08.020. Attendance of meetings of City Commission.

All directors, heads and chiefs of departments shall attend the regular meetings of the City Commission, unless excused by the City Manager. All other administrative employees of the City shall attend regular and special meetings when so requested by the City Manager or any member of the City Commission. All directors, heads or chiefs of departments shall attend special meetings of the City Commission when so requested by the City Manager or any member of the City Commission.
