§ 2.16.010. Clerk of Municipal Court.

There shall be appointed to the Municipal Court a person whose title shall be designated as the Clerk of the Municipal Court. It shall be the duty of the Municipal Judge or the Clerk of the Municipal Court to maintain the docket and the records of the court as may be required by this code or other ordinances of the City.
