§ 2.56.070. Administrative procedures and regulations.

  • The City Manager, at any time deemed by him or her to be necessary or proper for the purpose of enforcement or implementation, may him or herself or may by his or her authorization and through his or her designee adopt, amend or rescind written administrative procedures or regulations consistent with this chapter. Such procedures or regulations shall be effective on the dates specified by the City Manager and shall be placed on record in the personnel office, together with this chapter, to be open to public inspection during normal working hours. These administrative regulations shall also be distributed to management personnel in all departments and shall be posted on bulletin boards, for a minimum of thirty (30) days.
