§ 3.04.020. Limitation of actions.

Any person who shall have any claim against the City for services or materials rendered shall present the same in writing, on forms provided by the City, to the City Clerk. The failure to present any such claim within ninety (90) days after such claim shall have accrued shall be a bar to any recovery thereon.
