§ 5.44.070. Sale, etc., to or purchase by persons under twenty-one.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly serve or sell alcoholic liquor, wine or beer to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years or for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to purchase alcoholic liquor, beer or wine.
