§ 8.08.040. Service equipment—City Manager to supervise and direct service.

The ambulance service equipment held by the City shall be utilized as an ambulance service for such persons requesting or utilizing such service, which shall be subject to the further provisions of this chapter. Such ambulance service shall be under the immediate supervision and direction of the City Manager, and such equipment shall be maintained at locations under the direction of the City Manager.
