§ 9.16.020. Air conditioners—Permitting water to flow into streets and sewers.

It is unlawful for any person within the City limits to own, operate or maintain air conditioning units utilizing water as a cooling element in such a manner as to permit the flow of water from such conditioners into the streets, alleys, sidewalks or sewer system of the City.
