§ 9.20.100. Nightclubs and lounges—Persons holding dispensers' licenses—Permitting minors to enter.

It is unlawful for any holder of a dispenser's license issued under the terms and provisions of this code to permit any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to enter his or her place of business, unless such person is accompanied by his or her parents or guardian.
