§ 2.16.080. Arraignment.

Upon being arrested for the violation of any misdemeanor, the person arrested shall be immediately arraigned before the Municipal Judge, if Municipal Court is in session and a written complaint shall thereupon be filed by the arresting officer, or some other officer for him or her, if no other complaint has theretofore been filed.
